【研究方向】

1. 靶向抗肿瘤药物的设计与合成研究

针对肿瘤信号转导通路、肿瘤相关表观遗传学、激酶、微管蛋白等，主要进行小分子靶向抗肿瘤药物的设计、合成与评价研究。

2. 抗老年痴呆（AD）药物研究

基于老年痴呆（阿尔茨海默病；AD）的表观遗传学靶点、GSK-3激酶等相关环节，设计、合成、筛选新型抗老年痴呆（AD）药物。

3. 基于天然产物的新药发现研究

以天然产物的结构为基础，进行合理的结构修饰与药物发现研究，包括活性维生素D类肿瘤细胞分化诱导剂、肿瘤细胞凋亡诱导剂、免疫抑制剂和骨质疏松治疗药物等。
